ShadowCMO offers a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate our platform before committing to a subscription. Since the trial is completely free with no credit card required, there is no need for refunds during this period—simply cancel before the trial ends if you decide not to continue.

• No automatic charges—you decide when to subscribe

Once you transition from the free trial to a paid subscription, the following refund policy applies:

No Refunds for Active Subscriptions: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle.

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
• Service outages: Extended platform downtime that prevented you from using the service
• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times

Pay-as-you-go charges for services beyond your subscription limits (such as video generation, image enrichment) are non-refundable, as they represent consumed computational resources and API costs.

This includes:

• Additional campaign generation beyond plan limits
• Additional video generations beyond plan limits
• Extra image enrichments
• Premium video enrichment services

You can cancel your ShadowCMO subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Here's what happens when you cancel:

• Access continues: You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds: Cancellations do not qualify for refunds of unused time
• Free tier access: After cancellation, you'll be moved to our free tier with read-only access to your existing campaigns
• Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly at contact@shadowcmo.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

Chargebacks: Disputed charges that bypass our customer support process may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution. We prefer to work directly with you to resolve any concerns.

In the rare cases where a refund is approved:

• Processing time: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days
• Return to payment method: Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Credit card timing: Depending on your card issuer, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
• Account access: Upon refund issuance, subscription access is immediately revoked
